1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and jp9 (hereinafter referred to as "jp9", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your use of the jp9 website accessible at jp9.cam and all associated services, applications, games, and features.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the jp9 Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the jp9 Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain a jp9 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful or where access to jp9 is restricted or prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an Account on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously had a jp9 Account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms;
• You are not subject to any active Self-Exclusion or third-party exclusion order relating to gambling activities;
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment at the time of wagering.

jp9 permits one Account per individual. A person is defined by their identity documents, physical address, IP address cluster, device fingerprint, and payment method. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, jp9 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any pending balances in line with the Prohibited Conduct provisions of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & KYC

When completing the jp9 registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

jp9 conducts identity verification in accordance with its KYC procedures. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g. Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding 90 days (e.g. utility bill, bank statement);
• Verification documentation for each payment method utilised on the Account;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the jp9 compliance team.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary Account restrictions or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. jp9 treats all submitted identity documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All jp9 Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jp9 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal channels commonly used by Malaysian players, which may include:

• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer;
• FPX Online Banking;
• Touch 'n Go eWallet;
• Boost eWallet;
• GrabPay;
• Online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions;
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards;
• Cryptocurrency transfers (subject to applicable conversion and verification requirements).

Method availability, transaction minimums, maximums, and processing durations are subject to change and are displayed within the Account cashier at the time of transaction. jp9 does not accept third-party deposits; all funds must originate from a payment instrument registered in the Account holder's own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, bonus wagering completion, and internal security review. jp9 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, but cannot guarantee specific processing windows where banking institution delays, additional verification requirements, or Force Majeure circumstances apply.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jp9 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload offers, cashback programmes, free spins, and VIP rewards. The following general conditions apply to all jp9 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

1. Eligibility: Promotions are available to verified Account holders who satisfy the specific eligibility criteria stated for each offer. jp9 reserves the right to exclude any Account from a promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and contributing game weightings are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
3. Withdrawal Order: Where an Account holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, real money balances are generally used and at stake first. Specific promotion terms may override this default order.
4. Bonus Abuse: jp9 reserves the right to withhold bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and restrict or close Accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit promotion terms.
5. Amendment and Cancellation: jp9 may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, any unmet wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds may be removed along with the Bonus balance.
6. One Bonus at a Time: Unless promotion-specific terms state otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on the jp9 Platform are subject to individual product rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. The following general provisions apply across all wagering activity on jp9:

• All wagers are placed at the Player's sole discretion and risk. jp9 bears no responsibility for wagers placed in error or based on misunderstood odds or game mechanics.
• A wager is deemed accepted and binding once the Platform displays a confirmation message or reference number. jp9 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest pricing error is identified prior to or after event settlement.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice. Wagers accepted prior to a suspension will generally be settled according to the applicable rules unless the bet was accepted in error or the relevant event has been abandoned.
• In the event of a sports fixture involving Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, or any other competition being declared void, abandoned, or rescheduled, applicable sportsbook rules will govern settlement. Refer to the sportsbook rules section for sport-specific details.
• jp9 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. Game results are independently generated and are not influenced by preceding outcomes, Account standing, or wager size.
• System failures, disconnections, or Force Majeure events that affect the completion of a game round or bet will be handled in accordance with the applicable product rules. jp9 will endeavour to restore game states where technically possible.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jp9 Platform. Where jp9 determines, in its reasonable assessment, that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, jp9 may suspend the Account, void associated wagers, withhold or forfeit balances, and take such further action as the circumstances require:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or verification documentation;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with or exploit the Platform;
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing anomalies knowingly and intentionally;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or assists money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to circumvent Platform security measures, including IP masking or use of VPN services where used specifically to access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions;
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, third-party accounts, or any instrument not registered in the Account holder's own name;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards jp9 staff or other users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

jp9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, where continued Account operation poses a compliance, fraud, or reputational risk, or where regulatory requirements necessitate such action.

In circumstances of suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering, jp9 may withhold the balance of an Account pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Balances determined to have originated from prohibited activity will not be returned.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact jp9 support via the live chat channel. Outstanding bonus requirements and any applicable withdrawal processing conditions will continue to apply at the point of closure request. Closure of an Account does not constitute cancellation of existing obligations owed to jp9.

10 Responsible Gambling

jp9 is committed to promoting responsible participation in gaming and sports betting. Gambling is intended to be a recreational activity. It is not an appropriate means of generating income, addressing financial difficulty, or recovering prior losses.

jp9 provides the following player protection tools, accessible through Account settings or via support:

• Session Reminders: Time-on-platform notifications may be configured to alert Players after a defined session duration.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jp9 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and data structures — is the proprietary property of jp9 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform content solely for personal entertainment purposes in connection with legitimate Account activity. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from jp9.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp9 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether foreseeable or not;
• Service interruptions, data transmission errors, or third-party system failures beyond jp9's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from inadequate password security or disclosure on your part;
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits jp9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. The jp9 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.

13 Privacy & Data

jp9 collects, processes, stores, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to such data processing for purposes including account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, security monitoring, and communication.

jp9 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification partners) is limited to what is strictly necessary for service delivery. All data transfers are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jp9 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are made that materially affect Player rights or obligations, jp9 will take reasonable steps to notify affected Account holders, which may include a Platform notification banner, email to the registered address, or a prominent notice on this page alongside an updated effective date.

Where you disagree with a proposed amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact jp9 support to request Account closure before the amendment's stated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which jp9 operates.

In the event of a dispute regarding a settled wager, account transaction, or promotion outcome, Players should first contact jp9 customer support to seek an informal resolution. jp9 commits to acknowledging formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and providing a reasoned response within thirty (30) days of receipt of complete supporting information.

jp9's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, wager settlement, and bonus awards shall be final and binding unless a clear and demonstrable system error can be established by the Player with reasonable evidence.
